ARE YOU CERTIFIED?

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

We provide amazing training sessions with the convenience of not having to leave the comfort of your own home.  On top of that, there are many packages to choose from.  Whether you choose in person or virtual training, you will have a great experience!



CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A DIET PLAN?

We don't provide diet plans, but are currently working on creating programs that help you choose healthy options and balance your food / meals.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

It varies based on age and fitness levels.

WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING PROTOCOL?

I ask that you book your sessions 24 hours in advance. If you need to book a session with less than a 24 hour notice, just reach out to me to give me a heads up before booking.

WHAT IS YOUR RE-SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION PROTOCOL?

If I (the trainer) am forced to cancel our session, I will make up the session at no charge to you based on trainer/client availability.

If I run late in starting our session, I will extend the session time accordingly or make it up at a future date at your convenience.

If you (the client) arrive late, you will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made.

If you need to reschedule, please give me a 24 hour notice in order not to forfeit that session. Once contacted, I will work with you to reschedule at a time that works for both our schedules.

Note: The sessions are non-refundable and expire within 30 days of purchase.
