I have had a wonderful experience with Stephanie as my personal trainer and coach. In 2020, I gained 15 pounds and completely lost my self-confidence. I was ready for a change, so I began training with Stephanie weekly. I started seeing the inches gradually fall off.  I continued with the program and added on her nutrition coaching program as I knew I needed to make changes to my diet.  Surprisingly, these were not all major changes.  It was mostly small things that were holding me back. She coached me through the process and helped me learn how to have a healthy relationship with food that would fuel my workouts as well as provide the nutrition I need.  I am very pleased with the results I am seeing up to this point.  I have lost 7 pounds and 4 inches  from around my waist!!  Of

course, the results inspire me to keep going.  However, just like anyone, I still have good days and bad days, but Stephanie sees my potential and does not let me forget the progress I have made.  She never gives up on me and most importantly she never lets me give up on myself!!

Two things come to mind when I think of Stephanie as a Trainer: 1) She cares deeply about her clients and 2) She is very attentive to good form!

If you’re looking for someone to develop a friendship with, hold you accountable, and make sure you exercise hard without getting hurt- Stephanie is the trainer for you!

 

Stephanie is great at what she does. She sees it as a “calling” and not just a job. Her personalized workouts have given me fantastic results over the past year. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you want results with personal accountability and fun, Steph is your girl!!
